Welcome to Skills Development Centre (SDC).

Skills Development Centre (SDC) is a professional skills development institute and an NSDA (National Skills Development Authority, Bangladesh) Certified Training Center. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to comply with the following policies and terms.

1. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after the required course fee or admission fee has been successfully received and verified by SDC.

SDC reserves the right to reject or cancel any enrollment if incorrect information is provided or if the applicant fails to meet the course requirements.


2. Payment Policy

All course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule announced by SDC.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.)

  • Debit/Credit Card

  • Online Payment Gateway

  • Cash Payment (where applicable)

Students are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate.


3. Non-Refund Policy

All courses offered by Skills Development Centre (SDC) are strictly Non-Refundable.

Once a student has completed enrollment and paid the admission fee or course fee, no refund will be issued, regardless of:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal reasons

  • Work commitments

  • Travel

  • Health issues

  • Failure to attend classes

  • Partial course completion

This policy applies to all online, offline, hybrid, scholarship-supported, and professional training programs unless otherwise stated in writing.


4. Course Transfer Policy

If a student is unable to continue a course due to genuine personal, medical, educational, or professional reasons, SDC may, at its sole discretion, allow one of the following:

  • Transfer to another course of the same value.

  • Transfer to the next available batch of the same course.

Approval is subject to management review and seat availability.

Course transfers are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis.


5. Batch Rescheduling

SDC reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, merge, or change class schedules due to:

  • Low enrollment

  • Trainer availability

  • Public holidays

  • Technical issues

  • Government directives

  • Force majeure events

  • Administrative reasons

Such changes do not qualify students for a refund.


6. Installment Policy

Where installment facilities are available:

  • Students must pay each installment on time.

  • Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of classes, learning materials, examinations, certificates, or student services until outstanding dues are cleared.


7. Attendance Policy

Students are expected to attend classes regularly.

Excessive absence may affect:

  • Course completion

  • Practical assessments

  • Certification eligibility

  • Placement opportunities


8. Certification Policy

Certificates will be issued only after the student:

  • Successfully completes the course requirements.

  • Meets attendance requirements (if applicable).

  • Passes required assessments or examinations.

  • Clears all outstanding payments.

Government or NSDA certification follows the respective authority’s policies and procedures.


9. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior.

SDC reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for:

  • Harassment

  • Discrimination

  • Misconduct

  • Academic dishonesty

  • Sharing copyrighted materials

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Illegal activities

No refund will be provided in such cases.


10. Learning Materials

Course materials are provided solely for enrolled students.

Students may not:

  • Copy

  • Redistribute

  • Sell

  • Publish

  • Upload

  • Share

any training materials without prior written permission from SDC.


11. Placement Assistance

Where placement support is offered, SDC provides career guidance, interview preparation, and job referrals.

However, enrollment in a course does not guarantee employment, freelancing income, internships, visas, or overseas placement.


12. Privacy of Student Information

Student information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

SDC may use student information for:

  • Academic administration

  • Certification

  • Student support

  • Internal communication

  • Government reporting (where required)

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.


13. Force Majeure

SDC shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Political unrest

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Internet outages

  • Power failures

  • Other unforeseen circumstances


14. Policy Updates

SDC reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these policies at any time without prior notice.

The latest published version on the official website shall always prevail.

By enrolling in any course, making a payment, or accessing SDC services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment & Enrollment Policy and all other applicable institutional policies.
